i hate the kl's traffic

the reasons that made the kl's traffic become serious and serious,
is caused by the behavior of the drivers.

Actually the traffic can be smooth or may be not so stuck,
all caused by the unpatient of the drivers and want escape from the crowded's feeling, then occured many and many accidents happened.

In one morning, i could see few accidents happen in the same spot.. at the same time.
Beside of this, the skill of drivers also very low standard. I really hope that our goverment can look about this issues, if not i also no idea that what will be happened for our next future.

Banks making lending "too cheap", a source from the star newspaper Malaysia

stated that two top bankers have lambasted banks for making lending "too cheap" and giving into excessive competition.

"On consumer side, there's been over agressiveness and hire purchase loans which forced rate to falls " below economic level"

for mortgage, example that consumer can borrowed 3.3 per annum which is reasonable low for nowadays. Talking by the CEO from Malayan Banking Bhd.

and according to the HSBC deputy chairman, Banks should knows their borrowers who in turn, must know about their own funding requirements.

Is this the factors that effect our economics? I think it makes sense, everything must has the balance side. If bank borrow without counting , it will occur the risk for them also. Borrower just borrow and without return at last the bank will close door. Am i right? So everything must be in balancing.

Semblance Night 2009

25 of April 2009, Faculty Information System Teachnology (FIST) organized a prom night which known as Semblance night 2009 at Renaissance, Melaka. Renaissance is one of the popular hotel in malacca. They invited the Phat Bet and Ben from Fly fm as the DJ for tonight and vick teo, Malaysia idol.

As usual, girl will wear a pretty, grand, gorgeous prom night dress and for the guy will wear a smart suit.

The performance for tonight is the hip hop dance from the "dynamic" malacca and magical show. I think i more prefer the small concert by vick teo.

Danger World

World is danger, World is fake. I think most of the people will be mask up themselves especially when social at outside. Still remember when we were taught by our moral teacher that being a good person must not this and that. Sometime i also feel like stuck in the middle because feel like sir, you are the one say who say cannot this and that but i think even she or him also could not gurantee that they never cheat. World is cruel, because of human selfish or because of survive. So even they hurt you also is kinda normal situation.

Logically , human actually belong to one of the animal kingdom. We are known as "homo sapien"

that why, if we keep some of the selfishness also kinda normal right? Sound is kinda funny when i heard one of my friend said she now better become teacher. I asked her why? She said " because the reality of the world is so disspointed, i rather face those pure children face."

Yeah, reality, materialistic world is cruel. But i been heard a chinese word from a old people. He told me that this world is cruel, but " 适者生存". No matter how hard the world is , i think because of her. Fight for her and our future. Its worth. Because she is the only one who can give the couragement. She is the only one. So even the outside world is like the mystery but never mind. I will fight for it and learn to survive.
